Here are some frequently asked questions and answers that may help in your purchase of your new mattress or furniture from our store.

 

Do you offer delivery? 

Absolutely. You can buy the best furniture in the world, but you have to get it home to enjoy it. Casa offers local delivery for $49 within a 20 mile radius of OUR RETAIL STORE. Most other areas within a 250 mile radius are only $49-$99 more. Moreover, we can ship anywhere in the continental US, but you have to call or email for a quote. How does the delivery schedule work?

After your made your purchase a representative will call you on the next business day to confirm you order and schedule your delivery. They will confirm your delivery address and the best time to bring your purchase to your home or business. We generally give a 4 hour window, for example, from 4pm-8pm. We deliver 7 days a week, from 11 am until 10 pm, working around your schedule. If any additional delivery fees for distance need to be added, the representative will ask for that to be paid by credit/debit card by phone at that time. Delivery times are our best estimate however are not guaranteed because traffic, weather, and routing cannot be predicted. We will always do our best to keep our promises.

 

Can I pick up my furniture at the store or at your warehouse?

Yes. Pickup of your purchased goods is available free of charge at any store or the warehouse location upon availability of your products purchased. Upon making your purchase, a representative will call you on the next business day to confirm location and availability for pickup. Most mattresses, living rooms, and specials are available immediately, in-stock for pickup. Most other items are available for pickup or delivery within 1-14 days. Your representative will let you know and track your order from purchase to pick up! We want your business!

 

Do you have things that are not on the web site that I can purchase on-line or by phone?

Yes. Our warehouse and stock is enormous and we have deals and new items coming in everyday. Some are not shown on the web site but you may purchase them at the same low cost as the others. For example, we have California Kings, Extra long twins, Full Split Box springs, all kinds for living rooms in hundreds of colors, if you don't see it call. We scour the globe for our customers, rummaging through our warehouse is a pleasure.

 

Do you accept payments by phone, instead of on-line?

Yes. You may pay on-line, call with your credit or debit card, or come in and pay with cash. Call 703-571-0001 or 202-758-2589 during our normal business hours and we can accept your payment for your on-line purchase this way.

 

How long does it take to get my furniture if you are out-of stock?

Most all items on the web site are items that we stock either locally or in our or our supplier's warehouses. This allows for near immediate or quick ship delivery of your purchase. Our goal is to provide delivery or pickup within two weeks on all items, and 24-72 hours delivery or pickup on most items. Regardless, our army of professional staff track your order for you so you get it as soon as possible without the headache.

 

Can I Lay-away any items on your site?

Yes, Just jot down the item(s) you would like to lay-away, and call the store. The representative will initiate a ticket and you can make payments by phone via credit/debit cards and when you finish paying, we will deliver the items or release them for pickup. Rest assured that you will have locked in the lowest price on our site. Should the price ever drop or go on sale during your layaway, you always get the lower price.

 

Do you price match or price beat?

Yes and yes. Casa Furniture is committed to being the lowest cost value leader in the local and regional marketplace. Should you find the same product for less, we will price match or beat that price at the store's discretion. Fortunately, Casa shops the world, and shops the competition to ensure our customers always get the best value for their furniture dollar. Moreover, Casa's suppliers guarantee Casa their lowest cost, all to help you, our most valued customer.

 

What if I don't understand English too well?

Our web site is equipped with over 10 languages from Greek to Chinese. But our staff is multilingual, so come practice your Spanish or Greek with us.

 

Do you offer credit?

Yes! We offer no credit check credit financing for all your purchases made online or in the store. Just apply on-line by filling out the simple application and you will know the results instantly! Then, when you are approved, you can buy anything using the funds you are approved for. You can purchase greater than that amount by paying the difference with another form of payment like a credit/debit card. You can always use less than the amount as well and keep the difference for use another day. You can choose any item online, but just call during the business hours of the store so the associate can help you finish the transaction.

 

Do I have to come to the store to buy something or can I buy in on-line or by phone without coming in?

Absolutely. If you know what you want, or even if you don't, just call and you can buy it over the phone or online. We make it easy.

How many inches wide is a mattress so I can know if it will fit?

Who offers the warranty and what good is it if something happens to you, Casa Furniture?

All warranties are offered by the manufacturers. Casa Furniture offers no warranties. The store facilitates any transactions or communications with the factories so any warranty issues are not a headache, but the manufacturer, not Casa Furniture, bears the ultimate responsibility for any warranty.By the way, Casa Furniture is a Washington DC area landmark for over 10 years. Rock solid. Our future's so bright we gotta wear shades!

 

What if I am military and I want to buy at the store or on-line and use my Military Star Card, or Take me Home card?

While we honor any pricing and purchases made on the bases, you can only use your Star card with Casa at a Military base sales event. Check the store to see on which bases we are selling now and we will facilitate the use of your card. We are proud of your service!

 

I am a member of the US military, do you offer any military discount?

The short answer is yes, and it is significant! Please call before you purchase or come to the store with the items you would like to purchase. There is an additional discount on top of the lowest sales price that you receive for serving us and your country. Our management and employees have a long history and association with the military. We give a special preference to the Army... wink wink!

 

What is you online return policy?

All items are returnable, if defective, at the time of delivery or pickup and will be replaced and/repaired if in its unused, unopened packaging. Thereafter, no items are returnable, except under a manufacturer’s warranty. 

Casa issues only store credit, there are no cash refunds. 

All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
